Refund Policy — The 30-Day Calm Guarantee
We want your Galenée piece to genuinely earn its place in your daily ritual. If it doesn't, return it.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused beyond reasonable trial, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene, breathing pendants must be returned with the mouthpiece seal intact or unused.
How to start a return
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number.
- We arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever serviceable in India; otherwise we share the return address.
- Once the item passes inspection (1–2 business days after it reaches us), your refund is issued.
Refund timelines
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (we'll request your details securely).
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping, with no return questions asked.
Exchanges
Wrong ring size? We offer one free size exchange within 30 days.
Non-returnable
Gift cards, and items damaged by misuse or normal wear beyond the trial period.
