2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day calm guarantee).

5. Product care & use

Use products as intended. Breathing pendants should be cleaned regularly and not shared. Keep small components away from children under 14.

All content on this site — designs, text, images, and the Galenée name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian consumer protection law.
