Free insured shipping across India

Every Galenée order ships free, fully insured, and trackable — to every serviceable PIN code in India.

Timelines

Dispatch: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery: metros typically receive orders in 2–4 business days; the rest of India in 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your order ships.

Packaging

Pieces arrive in our signature gift-ready box with a care card and a printed guide to your first calming ritual — no invoice with prices is included in gift shipments on request.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on eligible orders at checkout.

Delays

Weather, festivals, and courier disruptions occasionally add a day or two. If your tracking hasn't moved for 72 hours, contact us and we'll chase it personally.
